What a fantastic year, bravo! I enjoy the super-long essay format that really digs into the meat of a topic, whether philosophically aligned, story analysis, or whatever really. Depth, I like depth.
Incredible stuff, man. You're a machine. I don't know how you'll manage to make 2024 even more productive than 2023, but I'm sure you'll find a way, and I'm looking forward to watching it unfold.
Hell yeah. What an awesome year you had! Thanks again for interviewing me. What do you think was the main thing that drove such a dramatic growth for your Substack? 150 subscribers to 2000 is hella impressive!
Some of it was doing giveaways off substack and some was the beginning of substack Notes. I think I got lucky with a few essays that drew people in and got reshared by the right people at the right time.

Ambitious plans are the best plans, power to you.
Thanks, man!
I also really love the big, in depth essays.

Thanks! Hopefully all these plans work out
I'm always amazed at your productivity, Edward!
Keep up the good work! Also, def-ly looking forward to more extra-length essays.
Thanks!
