Read a lot of stuff recently, including the whole Mortal Engines series. I’ll probably have more to say about this later. One of the most interesting books I read is the oral history of Mad Max: Fury Road.

Watched Mad Max: Fury Road twice.
What Else?
I started this substack last year and for the foreseeable future it’s devoted to Varney the Vampyre, the grandfather of vampire fiction.
Was at AWP from Thursday through Saturday this week in Kansas City. We did pretty well! Sold over 300 books, gained 150ish newsletter signups, and generated a lot of interest in

and I made two short movies that will be available in the near future.I’ll have more to say about this in the weeks ahead.
Along with all that, I need to start sharing information on the Ash Cinema reprint coming out later this month.
